Terms

The short version: be decent, the club's curation and content are ours to steward, and your membership is yours to leave whenever you like.

By joining Podkastly you agree to use the club for what it's for — listening, learning, and contributing in good faith. Don't abuse other members, don't scrape or resell the enriched Episode Pages and Recall Sets, and don't pass your access around.

We may update these terms as the club grows; we'll surface material changes rather than bury them. Continued membership after a change means you accept it.
